4. Appointments with EmpowerHer Team

4.1 Scheduling and Confirmation

• Appointments with EmpowerHer’s team, including consultations with our integrative doctors and specialists, can be scheduled online.
• A confirmation email will be sent after booking, including details such as the date, time, and a video link (if applicable).

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 2 business days’ notice (or 48 hours, whichever is longer) if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be charged at the full consultation rate.

4.3 Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for appointments is required in full at the time of booking.
• Appointments cancelled with at least 2 business days notice are eligible for a full refund or credit for future use.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
